WHY I CAME TO REJECT THE TRINITY, IT’S REPERCUSSIONS & WHAT I BELIEVE NOW

I’ve always believed in God. Even when I was a New Ager for 25 years, I always believed in God, but a sort of Native American view of God, a “Creator”, and I even believed Jesus the Son of God, but a “Jesus” who was just basically some sort of enlightened super-spiritual hippy, an “it’s all good” Jesus who just came to teach the world all his guru type wisdom and to love another and live peacefully. But I had redefined love as “tolerance” for my OWN benefit. Could that “Jesus” save me? Was he the “only way to the Father”.? Of course not. Because it IS Another Jesus”. Is this “Godman” also “Another Jesus” or the same Jesus revealed in scripture??

It wasn’t until I repented of being a New Ager and started realizing I had concocted a “Another Jesus” in my mind to accommodate my own lifestyle, that I came to see the real Jesus of the Bible actually said some very shocking things, such as he came NOT to bring peace but divide, if your eye sins, pluck it out, be ye perfect even as God is perfect, sin NO MORE, etc.

In the beginning, in my desire to find a church family, I quickly heard a lot of parroting of things a Christian MUST believe to be a member their “Christian Club”, like the Trinity & Original Sin…big ones.

The more I read the Bible, the more I understood the contrast of what was being parroted were actually lies that are diametrically opposed to Scripture.

Then I believe God showed me how many of the false doctrines professing Christians dogmatically adhere to (Faith Alone, Imputed Righteousness, Progressive Sanctification, OSAS, etc.) actually stem from these two false doctrinal sacred cows (Trinity & Original Sin).

Then it was revealed to me on a deeper level was at the actual heart & root WHY these two doctrinal golden calves of Christendom were so incredibly intensely guarded and defended.

And that root was the lie that Jesus is God Almighty Himself.

The reason for this deception is because if we believe we are born with a “sinful nature” that is doomed to sin, we are in need a savior who is sin-proof, a “Godman”, a hypostatic “2nd Person of the Trinity” who alone was divinely & superhumanly able obey his own “impossible” commands and came to earth to defeat sin FOR us, because we are born with a sin-disability that Jesus had a different “nature”, a “divine nature”, a “Godman” who somehow bypassed sin, which IS antichrist as it denies Jesus was a fully human man, a descendant of Adam & David, who came by the seed of the woman, made & tempted in ALL points as we are…IN THE FLESH.

In other words, if the Gnostic Augustinian doctrine of Original Sin is true (which it isn’t), then either Jesus was born sinful, or he was not born as a man…IN THE FLESH.

Yet we are taught over & over that if we simply have “faith alone” in this “Godman Jesus”, HIS righteousness will be magically imputed to our account, sin or not, and God (who IS somehow also the Son of God) will turn a blind eye to our sin, pretend he doesn’t see it, and will save us IN our unrepentant sin (although the genuine Jesus saves FROM sin). And if we even dare TRY to be obedient, we have committed the damnable “heresy” of “works salvation” which voids the free “unmerited favor” of God’s Grace (even though we “should be” just “sinning a little less” than the rest of the world, we can never be fully free of sin until death (as Gnostics teach…who John called deceivers & antichrists).

Essentially, this “gospel” is simply the same old repackaged ancient lie of the Devil, that we can sin & God will overlook it. That, “Ye will not surely die”.

This undeniably IS a “Another Gospel” about “Another Jesus”. And this is precisely the “Jesus”, being spewed from the vast majority of pulpits today, who is NOT the true Jesus NOR God, but rather I believe, the Devil himself, masquerading as the triune “Godman Jesus” who MANY worship AS “God”!!

Paul says ANYONE who comes preaching “Another Jesus” or “Another Gospel” (even an angel) is to be accursed.

So if we are tolerant to this triune, hypostatic “Godman Jesus” who saves “IN” sin whose God IS himself, and to those who hold this hypostaticp “Godman Jesus” who saves IN sin in their hearts as “God” as our simply misguided “brothers & sisters” who simultaneously self-proclaim themselves to be “believers” yet who “believe” the doctrine, traditions and words of men over the Word of God in scripture, let alone Jesus’s own words that his Father alone IS his God who Jesus said is the “ONLY GOD” who said we shall have NO other gods before Him, are we ourselves not guilty of fellowshipping with darkness?

Does not a “little leaven leavens the WHOLE lump”??

And are we ALSO not warned that if we see the sword coming and do not sound the trumpet and they die IN their sins, that THEIR blood will be on OUR hands??

Or do WE not “believe” they are accursed, and that by calling them brethren we are in reality fellowshipping with darkness, and that if we remain PC by being tolerant or silent that their blood WILL be on OUR hands?

And if anyone like myself dare raise such questions, we either get a deer in the headlights response and/or are considered an “unloving” and “un-Christlike” trouble making heretic who is just creating strife & division.

To my mind, these are VERY serious questions we all who claim the name of Christ must be brutally honest with ourselves about.
