RED-HANDED SCRIPTURE TWISTING

A classic verse Trinitarians & Oneness twist to force their wicked doctrinal golden calves into Scripture is 1 John 5:20, saying the “HIM”s & “HIS” are referring to the Son, not the Father.

Let’s take a look at what that verse ACTUALLY says and exactly WHO the “Him” & “His” in this verse is speaking of…

“And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know ?HIM? (The Father) that is true, and we are in ?HIM? (The Father) that is true, even in ??HIS?? (The FATHER’s) Son Jesus Christ. This IS the TRUE GOD (The FATHER) and eternal life.”

…Clearly the “HIS” makes it painfully obvious that the two “HIM”s prior to it are without doubt referring to the FATHER.

If a person can’t see something that obvious, either they have extremely poor reading skills, or are willfully blinded by their desire to make Jesus God, when he makes the exact same point when praying to his Father about what “Eternal Life” is and that the FATHER is the “ONLY TRUE GOD”…
