THE TRINITY & ORIGINAL SIN DECEPTION: THE “MYSTERY OF GODLINESS” vs THE “MYSTERY OF INIQUITY”
The Bible speaks of two complete opposite “mysteries”; the “Mystery of Godliness” & the “Mystery of Iniquity”.
A mystery is not something cannot be understood, but rather is mystery until it understood.
For example, in the case of Jesus question; “Whom do men say that I am?”, Jesus was indeed a mystery that was only “intellectually” speculated by men (“flesh & blood”), because it had not been REVEALED to the them, as it was to Peter, blessed by the Holy Spirit of God, who correctly answered, “Thou art the Christ, the SON of the Living God”.
Sadly, WHO Jesus is has yet to be revealed to the vast majority of professing Christians and remains an unclear “mystery”, who therefore, in attempt to go along what they “hear” is required to be a Christian, for fear of being shunned, simply robotically parrot what they “hear” other “Christians” say, echoing such “flesh blood” (intellectual) phrases not found in Scripture, such as “Second Person of the Trinity”, “God the Son”, the “Godman”, or even “God”.
One of the common proof-texts Trinitarians will go to, is 1 Timothy 3:16…
“Great the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh…”
This is done in a “flesh & blood” attempt to essentially say God “became” His own Son, that Jesus IS God Almighty Himself, to force Him to fit into their Trinitarian or Modalistic “intellectual” models.
And in doing so, they overlook two very key words, “GODLINESS” and “IN”.
The Bible tells us “God is a Spirit, who no man hath seen at any time”. Yet Jesus WAS seen. Therefore, if Jesus is God Almighty Himself, then is the Bible contradicting itself?
Absolutely not!
The correct understanding is that God, who IS a Spirit, who, dwelled bodily IN (not AS) the human (flesh) temple of His only begotten Son. This is why Jesus said His works & works were “NOT OF MYSELF”, but “Of the Father who dwells IN me”, and that He came not to do “MY OWN WILL”, but the will of His FATHER.
Therefore, clearly, God, who is a Spirit, in ALL HIS FULLNESS indeed was manifest “IN” the flesh, not “AS” flesh. Yet this is precisely how it is seen through Trinitarian & Modalistic intellectual lenses.
The “traditions of men” say to deny Jesus is a hypostatic “Godman” hybrid of 100% God & 100% man who had no beginning, who has always existed in “eternity past” (never begotten), is antichrist.
The Word of God says to deny Jesus is the Son of God, who was a 100% human man, made & tempted in ALL points as we are, who IS the child of the Holy Ghost begotten by God, through the “seed of the woman” IN THE FLESH, is antichrist.
Those ARE two different “Jesuses”!!
And the Word of God curses anyone, even an angel from heaven, who preaches “Another Jesus”.
The Trinity, which walks hand in hand with Original Sin (yet another parroted doctrine established as “orthodoxy” by the Catholic Church), are devised to keep souls in a state of confusion from knowing exactly who God & His Son are, while intellectually “thinking” they do.
Let us examine…
God’s Word is clear Jesus was made & tempted in ALL POINTS just as we are. Jesus, like us, was also a human descendant of Adam.
Therefore if the Gnostic Augustinian doctrine of Original Sin is true, the only possible conclusions are either Jesus was Himself born sinful, or He was not born as fully human man, IN THE FLESH.
This Gnostic Augustinian Catholic doctrine works hand in hand with yet another rabidly defended Catholic diabolical doctrine established as “orthodox” by the Council of Nicaea in 4th Century, the Trinity, which states God is triune, composed of 3 “persons” who are all somehow simultaneously “God”.
One of which, is said to be “God the Son”, a “hypostatic” hybrid of both God & man, a “Godman”, who superhumanly overcame sin FOR us, due to man’s “depraved inability” to rule over sin due to His inherited “sinful nature”.
Many, in desperation to defend their own sinfulness, attempt to “intellectually” get around this fact, by inventing doctrines to support Original Sin such as the “Immaculate Conception”, that sin is a sexually transmitted disease that is passed down from Adam through the male, which Jesus managed to bypass, being the Child of the Holy Ghost.
This denies Jesus came IN THE FLESH.
Because to say that Jesus is God Almighty Himself, or a hypostatic union of God and man (“The Godman, “God the Son”, etc.) is, by its very nature, a denial that Jesus came in the flesh.
When Jesus blessed Peter for correctly answering who He was, Peter did not say, “Thou art God, the Godman, the Second Person of the Trinity”, but rather, “Thou art the Christ (Messiah), the SON of the Living God”. And what did Jesus say? “Upon THIS rock I will BUILD MY CHURCH, and the gates of hell SHALL NOT prevail against it.
Heyand told His disciples, “I ascend to your God and MY GOD”.
The Apostle Paul said, But to us there is but ONE GOD, the FATHER” and “And the HEAD OF CHRIST is GOD” and that “For there is ONE GOD >>AND<< one mediator between God and men, the MAN Christ Jesus”.
And Jesus Himself said His Father is the ”ONLY TRUE GOD”, who is “GREATER” than He is, and that He came not to do His “OWN WILL”, but His Father’s, and that works He performed and words He spoke were “NOT OF MYSELF”, but were OF HIS FATHER who dwelled IN Him as the Holy Ghost, of whom Jesus IS the child of, and that “I can DO NOTHING by MY OWN INITIATIVE”, and told His disciples, “I ascend to your God and MY GOD”.
God did not “become” His own Son, but rather, as we see, there is only one God, the Father, >>AND<< His Son, the MAN, Christ Jesus…
“But to us there is but ONE GOD, the FATHER of whom are all things, and we in him; >>AND<< one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.” ~1 Corinthian 8:6
“That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, >>AND<< with his Son Jesus Christ.” ~1 John 1:3
“For there is ONE God, >>AND<< ONE mediator between God and men, the MAN Christ Jesus.” ~1 Timothy 2:5
Jesus overcoming temptation as God (which would be no great thing), is absolutely nothing in comparison to Jesus overcoming temptation as a man, IN THE FLESH.
Therefore, the test of antichrist found in 1 John 4:2-3, is not about denying Jesus “divinity” (as Trinitarianism falsely claims), but rather denying His humanity as the MAN, Christ Jesus, “IN” whom the Holy Spirit of God His Father dwelled as Jesus states in John 14:10.
God is a Spirit, a HOLY Spirit. Sin IS unholy. The Holy Spirit of God CANNOT and WILL NOT dwell in an unclean, sinful vessel.
Jesus remained sinless, therefore the Holy Spirit never left Him, never knowing the wages of sin, therefore defeating death and was resurrected, setting the “pattern” of how a man is to live, walking upright, following after the Spirit, living in holiness & godliness, which we ARE also able to do, walking even as He walked”, without excuse when we are graciously forgiven through forsaking of all sin (repentance) and are washed clean by the precious blood of God’s Son, BORN AGAIN, to “Go, and sin NO MORE”.
This revelation is what the Bible calls the “Mystery of Godliness”…
The “Mystery of GODLINESS” is that “God was manifest IN THE FLESH”, meaning, that like Christ, we who are made alive in Christ (born again), can now, by the Spirit, the VERY SAME Holy Spirit of God that dwelt in Jesus Christ, put to death the deeds of the flesh, “Follow Him” as Lord, and “Go and sin no more”, as He commands we must do, following Him, “walking even as He walked”, in GODLINESS…IN THE FLESH!
“And without controversy great is the MYSTERY OF >>GODLINESS<<: God was manifest >>IN<< THE FLESH, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.” ~1 Timothy 3:16
POWERFUL.
God’s Word says whoever does not believe Jesus came in the exact same corruptible human flesh we all have, is a “spirit of antichrist”…
“Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.” ~1 John 4:2-3
We do indeed have an adversary, the Devil, who walks about, seeking to devour, through the “deceitfulness of sin”, who knows all too well, that if he can keep us blinded from the “Mystery of Godliness” that Jesus came in our same exact human flesh, we have no hope of following His example to cease from sin.
If we worship a “Jesus” we cannot follow (a superhuman hypostatic “Godman” hybrid of God & man as He commands we must do, we worship “Another Jesus”, who goes by another name, Satan, who, because of His burning desire to be God, was cast out of heaven, who says, “You mere humans cannot follow me, I am the Godman, I am God. I have already obeyed for you, doing what your sinful nature cannot. Any attempt at following me is works salvation, and voids my Grace. Just believe, just have “Faith Alone”, and my righteousness will be imputed to you, and YE WILL NOT SURELY DIE”.
Satan is the Father of Lies, and was a liar from the beginning.
Truth speaks the precise opposite…
“He that SAITH he abideth in him ought himself ALSO so to walk, EVEN AS HE WALKED.” ~1 John 2:6
“Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us IN THE FLESH, arm yourselves LIKEWISE with the SAME MIND: for he that hath suffered IN THE FLESH hath CEASED FROM SIN.” ~1 Peter 4:1
The “Mystery of Godliness” is the TRUTH that we CAN obey God, that we CAN avoid sin, ALL sin, by walking “EVEN AS HE WALKED”, as human MAN Jesus, IN THE FLESH!
“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH the will of my Father which is in heaven. MANY will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, YE THAT WORK INIQUITY (SIN).” ~Matthew 7:21-23
“And WHY call ye me, Lord, Lord, and DO NOT the things which I say?” ~Luke 6:46
“If ye love me, keep my commandments.” ~John 14:15
“Repent, or ye WILL likewise perish.”, “Go, and sin NO MORE.” ~Jesus Christ
The “Mystery of Iniquity” Is the precise opposite…
Sin = Iniquity. He that sins IS of the Devil (Satan). Sin is UN-HOLY. When we sin, we are manifesting SATAN IN THE FLESH”, we are manifesting UN-HOLINESS and UN-GODLINESS, are are walking after Satan, and are NOT “walking even as He (Christ) walked and are therefore of the UN-GODLY, UN-HOLY SPIRIT of ANTI-CHRIST.
We who continue to walk after the unnatural lusts flesh (sin), REMAIN dead in our trespasses (the wages of sin is death), no matter how much we may “confess” to be born again by the Holy Spirit of God, in reality, those who continue in sin, remain unholy “spirits of antichrist”, children of the Devil, following after Satan as Lord, IN THE FLESH!
“He that committeth sin IS of the Devil.” ~1 John 3:8
The Antichrist (Satan manifest in the flesh) is also called the “Man of Sin”, who teaches that we can sin and live, that “Ye wil not surely die”.
“For the MYSTERY OF INIQUITY (SIN) doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked (The Antichrist) be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him (The Antichrist), whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all DECEIVABLENESS OF UNRIGHTEOUSNESS in them that perish; because they received not the LOVE OF THE TRUTH, that they might BE SAVED. And for THIS cause GOD shall send them STRONG DELUSION, that they should BELIEVE A LIE: That they all might be damned WHO BELIEVED NOT THE THE TRUTH, but had PLEASURE IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.” ~2 Thessalonians 2:7-12
Notice the phrase “DECEIVABLENESS OF UNRIGHTEOUSNESS”. Where else does the Bible tell us not to be deceived regarding unrighteousness? In the verse JUST BEFORE “He that commiteth sin is of the devil”….
“Little children, LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU: he that DOETH righteousness IS righteous, EVEN AS he (Christ) is righteous.” ~1 John 3:7
Yet multitudes ARE deceived and being taught the precise opposite, that Christ’s very own righteousness is “imputed” to us while we still have sin in our lives, that we can be “justified” as righteous while remaining unrighteous!
“While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.” ~2 Peter 2:19
And WHO are these who deceive?
John called them “deceivers” & “antichrists”, those who say all we need to be saved is “Faith Alone”, even though the ONLY place the entire Bible mentions “Faith Alone” states again, the precise opposite…
“Ye see then how that by works a man IS justified, and NOT by faith alone.” ~James 2:24
Those who scream that any obedience to Christ is self-righteous “WORKS SALVATION”, even though Scripture is also crystal clear of the opposite…
“And being made perfect, He (Christ) became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that OBEY HIM.” ~Hebrews 5:9″
Those who remove the truth & fear of God, that “the soul that sinneth it SHALL die”, Minsters of Sin, pastors in pulpits who preach to itching ears, who fill pews, pockets and hell itself by echoing the original lie of Satan; that we can sin and remain spiritually alive, that “Ye will not sure die”.
“Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, WORK OUT YOUR OWN SALVATION WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING.” ~Philippians 2:12
“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: FEAR GOD AND KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS: for this is the whole duty of man.” ~Ecclesiastes 12:13
The “Mystery of Iniquity” is the LIE that we can disobey God and “not surely die”.
