ARE WE MORE CHRISTLIKE THAN JESUS?

ARE WE MORE CHRISTLIKE THAN JESUS?

Jesus never cared for a second what others thought of him, he spoke directly, said it like it was, he was never self-preserving, did not seek to save his own life, but feared only God, never men. He was a genuine embarrassment to his own family, who said the greatest man ever born of woman was John the Baptist who literally lost his head for preaching truth that offends, who was clearly admired by Jesus.

Jesus (who as the “Lamb” of God), called the religious establishment of his day, blind guides, fools, whited supulchres, unclean, a generation of vipers, murderers. hypocrites, serpents, said they were full of dead men’s bones, said “woe unto you” and condemned them as being “Sons of Satan” who were “not of God” but “of their father, the Devil”.

Jesus was the epitome of political-incorrectness. He is our prime example we are commanded to uncompromisingly emulate in ALL aspects. Anything less is to create a “Jesus” of our own imaginations, emotions & personal desires.

Truth is a natural offense. Just speak it fearlessly and see. If we truly care enough for the eternal fate of other’s souls who embrace lies, we will speaks truth that can make them free, regardless of the personal cost to us, regardless what ears or soil it may fall on. Few will receive it in a world that embraces lies, in this world which increasingly demands we never offend & keep silent. We are not to be of this world.

Or have we become more “Christlike” than Christ?

Truth has truly become the new “hate speech”.

“Am I now seeking the approval of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ.” ~Galatians 1:10

“Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.” ~Luke 17:33

“Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.” ~Job 2:4
