ARE YOU A GOOD OR BAD TREE?
Many “profess” Christ but their hearts are far from him yet claim to know Jesus.
A good tree cannot produce bad fruit. Still sinning yet claim to know Jesus? A tree is known by it’s fruit. Sin IS bad fruit. What tree does that make you?
Jesus called such people hypocrites. John called them liars. deceivers & antichrists, which IS what precisely what they are, no matter how much they may convince & deceive themselves or one another, or how many theological acrobatics & slight of hand their “Pastor” can pull from his magic sleeve to convince them they are a “born again” of the Holy Spirit. NO ONE who still sins is born again of the “Holy” Spirit of the Living God, because sin is UN-HOLY. He that commits sin IS of the Devil.
Need biblical proof? Here it is. Liars will kick & scream and will not believe one word of it. Why? Because that’s what a lie is, a deception that convinces you it is truth…
“If we SAY that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we LIE, and do not the truth.” ~1 John 1:6
“He that SAITH he abideth in him ought himself ALSO so to walk, EVEN AS HE WALKED.” ~1 John 2:6
The Bible tells us HOW to KNOW who is of God and who is of the Devil…
“Whosoever abideth in him SINNETH NOT: whosoever sinneth hath NOT seen him, NEITHER KNOWN HIM. Little children, LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU: he that DOETH righteousness IS righteous, even as he (Christ) is righteous. He that COMMITETH SIN >>IS<< OF THE DEVIL; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For THIS PURPOSE the Son of God was manifested, that he might DESTROY the works of the devil. Whosoever is BORN OF GOD doth NOT commit sin, for his seed remaineth in him: and he CANNOT SIN, because he is BORN OF GOD. In THIS the CHILDREN OF GOD are manifest, and the CHILDREN OF THE DEVIL: whosoever DOETH NOT RIGHTEOUSNESS is NOT of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.” ~1 John 3:6-10

“MANY will SAY to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU L: depart from me, ye that work INIQUITY (SIN).” ~(Jesus) Matthew 7:22-23
